Compliance programmes

Provides guidance on the principles of effective management of an organisations compliance with its legal obligations, as well as any other relevant obligations such as industry and organisational standards, principles of good governance and accepted community and ethical norms. The principles cover commitment to achieving compliance, implementation of a compliance programme, monitoring and measuring of compliance, as well as continual improvement.
